Please be kindly informed that the possible booking dates in most of the hotels are 30.06.-04.07.2024 (the same as duration of conference).  
For the listed hotels (Grand Ascot, Antica Residence, Jordan Guest Rooms, Logos, Nobilton, Polonez, Student Hostel Babilon, Student Hostel Krakowiak) there is possible to book room from 29.06.2024 (the day before the conference).

REFUNDS

Cancellations of hotel reservations are possible according to the terms included in the chart below. No show will have the 100% of the reservation as cancellation costs.
